One of the phrases, which sounded like a promise, that struck me at the open day when I met Com.te Roberto Magnani for the first time, was “we form Officers, as well as pilots”. That’s one of the key points that make this school stand above others, because the professional emphasis in the flight training gives a huge advantage at airline’s interviews, where a candidate is examined not only for his bare flying skills but also as a whole person. The excellent training, both in flight and ground school, combined with a calibrated approach to the student oriented to strengthen his personality, work on his weaknesses and to enhance his qualities, allows to form pilots with solid roots. Years passed since that open day, and now I can say that the promise I heard was maintained. Since I was a young girl I have dreamed of starting a career as a pilot and I found the right school in CANTOR AIR who made my wish come true. During the journey I met students like me who were motivated and enthusiastic, and with some of them I formed real friendships. The very professional instructors have always gratified me at the right times and encouraged me to do better when I was wrong. I thank all the staff and in particular Com.te Roberto Magnani, always ready to listen and find solutions in any situation.

At Cantor Air I found professionalism, preparation, punctuality, humanity, but above all a "Group of People" and exceptional pilots, ready to pass on their knowledge and their immense passion for flying. With Cantor Air I made my dream come true. He welcomed me into this big family and always helped me grow, improve and become the person I am now. My journey in Cantor Air began in 2016 when, meeting Cmd. Magnani, at the time my high school teacher for the subject of Navigation, I discovered the path required to crown my dream: become a professional pilot. In Cantor Air not only I found an excellent flight school but also a real family. From my first solo flight to the check ride to obtain the commercial license, I’ve always been surrounded by a prepared and helpful team. The theoretical and flight instructors, the guys in the CAMO and the secretaries, every one of them in the years gave something to me, as to become who I am today. The quality of the training given in Cantor Air has been recognized during the type rating course, once again confirming the fact this is one of the most solid realities of the territory. I will always be grateful to commander Magnani and all the equip for the values and skills transmitted to me during my staying.

Since I was a child I had a dream, then it became a goal and now it's reality. I can't thank my parents and Cantor Air enough for making this possible. It has been a path of professional, and above all personal growth, from all points of view. In addition to the theoretical and practical teachings, I have many indelible moments that I will always remember with great pleasure.

Achieving the dream of life is something indescribable, only at 16 I decided to take the path that today led me to be a professional pilot in a prestigious airline.
