The "Refresh Seminar" course dedicated to FI, IRI and CRI instructors will be held on the 2nd and 3rd May 2023, for the purpose of renewing the qualifications as per AMC1.FCL.940.
The course is intended for already qualified instructors, about to carry out a Revalidation or Renewal of their qualification.
The course aims to provide all the tools and knowledge to reach and confirm a high level of standardization in order to carry out instructional tasks in a solid and effective way.
Among the objectives of the seminar:
1. Review and update of teaching techniques, methods and processes
2. Review and update of educational psychology, with references to the communication process
3. Review and deepening of topics related to Flight Safety
4. Review and deepening of topics related to the Human Factor
5. Practice lessons of teaching techniques in the classroom
6. In-depth analysis of EASA regulations
An important part of the seminar will be dedicated to the EASA regulation, which candidates will need to know in order to carry out the assigned task.
The course will be held on 2-3 May from 08.00 to 16.00 for a total of 16 hours of class lessons at the Cantor Air teaching headquarters located in Nembro (BG) ITALY.
Upon request, the course can be held via e-learning.
The cost of the course is 400,00 euro.
