The first FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR course of 2023 will start on JANUARY 30, 2023!

The aim of the course is to train the candidate to achieve the highest degree of "Proficiency" necessary to be able to instruct, in full safety and competence and as a "Flying Instructor", in the appropriate courses (PPL).

PRE-REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS THE COURSE:

- hold a CPL (A) license, or have at least 200 total flight hours of which 150 as PIC if in possession of a PPL(A);

 - have passed the CPL(A) theoretical knowledge exams as prescribed by the PART-FCL;

 - have completed at least 30 flight hours on SEP class aircraft, of which 5 hours in the last 6 months;

 - have received 10 hours of basic IFR instruction of which no more than 5 on FNPT or approved Simulator;

 - have completed at least 20 hours of "Cross Country" as a PIC, including a flight of no less than 540 Km (300 NM), during which at least 2 finished landings at 2 airports different from the departure airport must have been carried out.

 - have passed a "Pre-Entry" flight check with a qualified Cantor Air instructor in the six months prior to the course, to ascertain the suitability of the candidate.

The course:

The theory, which includes 125 hrs, is carried out from Monday to Friday with afternoon hours (4/5 hours) + Saturday (if necessary), while the flight part (30 hrs) will begin after having carried out about 70% of the theory, according to the individual availability of the students (airport open from Monday to Sunday included).

FINAL EXAMS: Once deemed suitable for the exam, the student will have to carry out the practical exam in flight with an external ENAC examiner.

Duration

The duration of the course, which will be scheduled continuously, will be scheduled for a duration of approximately 3-6 months. The theoretical part is scheduled by the school while the flight phase will be scheduled according to the individual availability of the students.

Costs and methods

The cost of the course, which includes 125 theoretical hours and 30 practical flight hours (of which 5 hours on SIM), is equal to 12,990.00 euros.

The cost will be paid in installments on the indicative duration of the course (4/6 months = 4/6 installments)!!

Only once the CHECK has been passed, which is held by the Head of Training or his delegate, can the candidate start the course.
