Once, we used to reserve a single article for each student hired in company.
Today, however, we are no longer able to keep up with that speed due to the velocity of their hires, which on the one hand we are sorry about, but at the same time makes us proud as it denotes that the PILOT who graduates and comes out of CANTOR AIR is a valid, capable, influential and above all competitive PILOT in today’s system.
Our students, as we often repeat, represent the greatest motivation for us. Seeing them arrive at their first appointments so young and passionate, and then observing them as they grow as men and women and train as pilots, makes us accomplices in their evolution in such an authentic way, that it makes us their number #1 supporters.
The achievement of the GOALS for our ATO has been going on since January, seeing dozens of young student Pilots hired in different companies every month. The latest success was conducted by a new ans deserving squad, who, after just a few weeks from each other, received the long-awaited email from the Irish company RYANAIR.
“We would like to congratulate you, as you have passed the assessment, and you have been offered a position as a pilot”
A simple email for many but which for each of them contains years of sacrifices, intense study, victorious moments and other ones more complex, that each of them have, however, been able to live in the most exemplary way, making the best of it to become what they are today: as well as excellent men, excellent FIRST OFFICERS.
Soon our graduated PILOTS will leave to inaugurate their professional future, starting with the course that will allow them to obtain the TYPE RATING on the BOEING 737 NG and then start flying as Pilots for the RYANAIR airline company.
In short, the real adventure begins now but we are sure that they will be able to face it out with the same determination and enthusiasm with which we have met them.
