Ain of the MCC Course
Cantor Air Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) training is designed to help the pilots to increase their level of overall safety, as well as to meet the EASAs regulatory requirements for operators of multi-crew aircraft according to AMC1 FCL.735.A (b).
These non-type-specific courses are taught by professional pilots with years of experience in flight instruction and Crew Resource Management training under the most rigid standards in use to the most important European airline Companies. Through ground school and FNPT simulator the aim of the course is to become proficient in multi-crew co-operation in order to operate safely multi-pilot multi-engine aeroplanes under IFR.
The course is intended to provide MCC training in two circumstances: For PPL/IR or CPL/IR holders, who have not graduated from an ATPL Integrated Course but who wish to obtain an Initial Type Rating on Multi-pilot aeroplanes.
The course is planned to be completed in 6 -12 working days, depending on the students needs.
